Ever since I found out I got the job, I have been absolutely dying to get in the school and set up my classroom. Isn't that what every teacher - new and old - wants to do, especially come August?! The fourth was the day I've been waiting for. It came. It went. And my room still has a LONG way to go. Yes. Capital letters because I'm yelling.
For whatever reason my school was the last in the district to be cleaned. My hall was the last in my school to be touched. Can we not talk about how this is the epitome of my luck?! I was able to get in and start working on my bulletin boards which was really helpful. Thursday was the last day I was able to get into my room and I wont be able to get in again until WEDNESDAY. I start next Monday. I'm literally dying.
Okay, okay. I'm being dramatic. But the panic is at an all time high!
Here are some sneak peeks of some bulletin boards that I've been working on. I hope I have time to take pictures when everything is in place!
If anyone needs me I will be laminating, cutting, meet the teacher preparing, and lesson planning like my life depends on it. Until next time! :)
