"Red"-y For Meetings

I couldn't stop my built in teacher ability to "turn every phrase into a pun or something cheesy" when writing my title for this blog post. Sorry, guys. Working around kids helps to keep me from taking life too seriously.

Originally, I had another pencil skirt planned for the bottom portion of this outfit today... but the more I thought about it the more cold I realized I would be in a big conference hall all day. Last minute rearrangements and I paired it with some slate gray dress pants instead.  My agenda for work consisted of listening to two people talk about my four year teacher residency and a pizza buffet provided by Kalahari. The latter made it all worth it.

Stefan was sleeping in the closed door behind me in these photos. Since we live in an old home... the floors creak and with the intention of being a good wifey- I only took a few quick pics to avoid waking the hubby from his slumber. *Pats self on the back*

I'm loving planning my outfits with the anticipation of blogging about them and my days when I come home from work. I hope you all enjoy reading these posts as much as I'm enjoying writing them!
